1. Custom Orders

All of our products are custom-made to order. Please review your design proofs and order details carefully before approval. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

3. Design Approval

For personalized or custom work, a digital proof will be provided for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all spellings, dates, and design elements before production.

4. Production & Turnaround

Typical production time is 5–10 business days after proof approval. This may vary depending on order volume, complexity, or material availability. Rush service may be available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically via [insert carrier, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx]. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations after production has started. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to resolve the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design, logo, or artwork, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use it. We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-provided content.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product ordered.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. Your data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
